Praditus was born in 2014 from the realization that talent development was very effective but remained an exclusive benefit for certain key employees in a company. Praditus founder Yohan Ruso wondered how it might be possible to offer personal development support to all employees, given limited HR resources. When Yohan and his extensive entrepreneurial experience joined forces with Andres Davila, professor in management sciences, they put together a team to create a personalized, accessible, and caring approach that would allow all individuals to pursue their own personal development.
Thanks to the academic and professional recognition it has received since its launch, Praditus has worked with several major corporations, middle-market companies, and both French and European start-ups to innovate their HR practices and facilitate skill development.
The results of our work: improved client satisfaction, improved perception of management, and engaged employees who use individual and collaborative best practices to work more effectively.
