Unerring accuracy

Praditus’ psychometric measurements were developed following the guidelines published by the International Test Commission, as well as the Principles for the Validation and Use of Personnel Selection Procedures published by the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Our methodology has earned impressive validation for accuracy:

  • Cronbach’s alpha is above 0.70
  • RMSEA (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation) and R-SMR (Standardized Root Mean Square Residual) are below 0.08
  • GFI (Goodness of Fit Index) is above 0.90
