Mindset

A mindset is a set of beliefs and attitudes that govern how we think about and respond to situations. Mindsets can be helpful or harmful in achieving goals and making decisions. A popular example of a mindset is Carol Dweck’s “growth mindset”, meaning the belief that people are capable of learning and growing at any age rather than born with fixed abilities.
