Individual online assignments for participants to understand their profile information and prepare for the sessions 6 hours

Individual work on the platform with video, pdf and podcast resources. Example with a case study. 7 hours
Pedagogical resources

Evaluation
Score above 70% of correct answers to the online evaluation questionnaires and practical cases
Activation of the licence for the volunteer in the context of the feedback and relevance of the diagnosis and evaluation recommendations
Quality of interpretation of psychometric data, links between variables and consideration of the professional context
Identification and clear formalisation of development actions for the volunteer who was chosen for the feedback exercise
