Every participant can receive individual coaching or training sessions to complement their Praditus experience. We offer individual results debriefings, assistance with writing a personal development plan (PDP), customized training on key competencies, and e-coaching.
Our coaches and trainers have extensive experience in training and development, diversity and inclusion, organizational development and transformation, leadership, well-being, and performance improvement. After a multi-step evaluation, as few as 20% of candidates are admitted to our network. All of our coaches and trainers must have completed the Praditus certification and maintain an average rating of 4.5/5. We provide regular training for our Experts to develop their skills through case studies during our Certified Workshops
