About Praditus

When business expertise meets psychology research to
revolutionize HR

Our scientific committee works continuously to improve our methods.

Praditus was born in 2103 from a chance encounter between Yohan Ruso, former CEO of eBay France, and Andrés Davíla, a psychologist and PhD in management sciences. Their radical vision was to disrupt talent assessment and professional development in companies. By combining their expertise, they could create a novel approach to HR. The team then grew stronger with the arrival of Associate Director Philippe Plichon, former executive at Google and Dropbox, who contributed an essential strategic dimension. Praditus thus brings together business experience, academic research, and innovation to offer unique HR solutions. The company now works with some of the best-known international firms to revolutionize talent management, self-awareness, and online coaching.
