As the beneficiary of executive coaching, he wondered how the development tools reserved for “high fliers” could be extended to more employees. Praditus (Latin for “Talented person”) was the result of his reflections.
Andres, a licensed psychologist and professor of management sciences and the author of numerous articles on intercultural management, was immediately intrigued by the idea of taking the stress and complexity out of self-development tools. Andres originated the theoretical model Praditus is based on, and now helps companies adapt their leadership model to the Praditus platform.
